The Abhary Group is a private family office that has established a residential property portfolio of income-producing and refurbished / sold private assets, since 2004. We specialize in the acquisition, refurbishment / leasing and sale of prime luxury residences in leading markets around North America and Europe.

We are passionate about identifying value-added opportunities in condominium, flats and single-family residences (SFR) — including location scouting; market comparable analysis; project refurbishment; interior design and furnishings / staging; and lease / sale marketing.  We build and develop opportunities in markets that we believe in and know:  London, Istanbul, Los Angeles and Miami.

The Abhary Group additionally has maintained both Direct and Indirect investments in residential, commercial real estate and private equity in North America and Europe.
