Scheduled for completion by Q1 2027, the project developed by The Continuum Group broke ground in September 2024.  

The property overlooks the Bal Harbor intercoastal and the Haulover Sandbar is within walking distance of Bal Harbor Shops, and is scheduled to include a private boat slip.
