We work with leading architects and interior designers in Europe and North America in refurbishing our properties — whether it be a full gut-renovation or simply tastefully furnishing the property for leasing.  Some of these projects have been managed on a cross-border basis — all to extremely high-specifications and consistent with themes for each property (mid-century modern; British period conversion; or modern executive styles).  We are exact in our timings, choice of finishings and aim for adding capital appreciation value in each deal.
