Four Seasons Residences

Set within the trendiest neighborhood in Canada -- Toronto's upscale Yorkville district --  this two bedroom condominium was originally built in 2012.  We acquired the unit substantially below original sale price in 2014 -- with an intention to furnish, lease and generate capital gains through asset sale.  The unit, located on the 20th floor, provided expansive views of Toronto's skyline; a lovely balcony with access from both bedroom and living rooms; all of the amenities of the Four Seasons (pool, spa, in-suite dining); and access to the bars and restaurants of Yorkville.

In addition to minor cosmetic touch ups, we fully furnished the unit for executive leasing and then exited the investment via an asset sale at a record price for the development only 3 years after acquisition in 2017.
